About Your New Job

• TA Specialist job.
• Engaging with HR & Hiring managers on current & future recruitment requirements.
• Delivering internal & external sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Screening & interviewing suitable candidates.
• Continuous communication with candidates to ensure smooth recruitment process.
• Partner with 3rd party agencies.
• Work alongside Senior TA Specialists to execute sourcing strategies.

What Skills You Need

• Relevant qualification desired.
• 2+ years recruitment ideally from internal pharma industry.
• Will look at relevant agency experience.
