This role provides a 360* experience of recruitment, working closely with our contingent workforce clients in a high-volume manufacturing environment. It is an in-office role, located in Galway City.

Knowledge/qualifications
- 3rd Level Qualification in Human Resources/ Business or related discipline.
- Min. 3 years relevant work experience preferably in a fast-paced recruitment environment
- Full Clean Drivers’ License
Functional Skills
- Strong level of self-drive and ‘can do’ attitude as well as ability to work independently
- Excellent communicator/strong effective communication skills
- Desire to continuously improve and challenge
- Efficient organisational and time management skills including the ability to prioritise, to escalate matters and to multi task
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Ability to make effective judgements on available data

- Influence individuals
Advantageous Experience
- Previous recruitment or account management experience
- Knowledge of Agency Worker and other relevant employment legislation
- Knowledge of employment law and regulations
