About the Talent Recruiter:
MarketStar is looking for a motivated, data-driven, recruiter to lead hiring efforts for some of our largest clients with MarketStar. Are you a hand-raiser who likes to challenge something good to be great? Do you have a passion for finding talent, driving company growth, delivering competitive hiring goals, and helping people find a company where they belong? We want to hear from you!
Location: MarketStar’s office is located at 1 Central Park, Block G, 2nd Floor, Leopardstown, Dublin 18. MarketStar, in collaboration with their clients, supports work from home, hybrid, and in-office positions within the Republic of Ireland. Employee work location is determined through client needs, IT requirements, and business needs and is communicated by the employee manager.
What will you do?
  • Use all your recruiting magic to screen and assess candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications by performing phone screens to filter qualified candidates
  • Own the candidate’s experience by fostering a world-class hiring journey from application to employment
  • Grow and foster a multitude of corporate relationships with a variety of internal and client stakeholders
  • Collaborate with department heads to use historical data to proactively identify hiring needs
  • Continuously maintain candidate relationships with qualified active and passive candidates to engage as new positions arise
  • Ensure all recruiting database information is entered in a timely and accurate manner to ensure data integrity

Skills & Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience of full cycle recruiting
  • Knowledge and understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS), Workday preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships on trust
  • Strong decision-making skills paired with the ability to communicate effectively with confidence
  • Consistent track record of success in filling competitive hiring goals and meeting deadlines
  • Familiarity and experience in developing recruiting strategies driven by analytics
