Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Targeting SME/Instructor to support the U.S. Air Forces Central (USAFCENT) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Technical Support program at Shaw AFB, SC.
Responsibilities:
Be familiar with the various agencies within the Intelligence Community (IC) and each agency's mission. These agencies include but are not limited to the following: National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC), National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), National Security Agency (NSA), Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Missile and Space Intelligence Center (MSIC).- Provide support and expertise in objective/target development, weaponeer Ing, force packaging, force monitoring and combat assessment as directed.
- Support training during peacetime and contingency operations and services to 9 AF (USAFCENT) senior leadership in national, joint and coalition intelligence environments and provide expertise to deployed units and the CAOC.
- Maintain currency in USCENTCOM/9 AF(USAFCENT)/CAOC Targeting techniques and tradecraft and shall instruct / teach / inform students on current CAOC core competencies.
- Write/amend all A2 courses with Targeting content.
- Maintain currency with all system certifications/expertise.
- Maintain currency in Targeting related systems and tradecraft.
- Travel to the CAOC or USCENTCOM or any location authorized to certify required targeting functions such as CDE, JITD, PPM, etc.
- Support 9AF(USAFCENT) at various command level working groups, conferences and collaborate with analyst throughout the IC on various issues and topics related to USCENTCOM and 9 AF (USAFCENT) AOR.
- Provide expert analytic support through the authoring and critical review of Targeting related products, ensuring an emphasis on potential implications to 9AF(USAFCENT) operations. These products may include, but are not limited to PowerPoint presentations, formal messages, background papers, and items of interest, RFI answers, and staff summary packages for general officers, CAOC/9 AF (USAFCENT) staff and supported units.
- Maintain and possess technical expertise in each of the following:
- Select targeting systems and computer-based applications.
- Common Geo-positioning Services computer-based applications.
- Digital Point Positioning Database computer-based applications.
- Joint Targeting Toolbox computer-based applications.
- Weaponeering System computer-based applications.
- Integrated Munitions Effects Assessment computer-based applications.
- Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System computer based applications.
- Global Command and Control System computer-based applications.
- Google Earth computer-based applications.
Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility-
USAF Enlisted with eight (8) years’ targeting experience.

Applied understanding of the Target Development processes and standard operating procedures at the Combatant Command and Component levels, specifically USCENTCOM and 9 AF (USAFCENT)
