Tax Director (mixed), small-mid-tier, Dublin City Centre

Brand new Tax Director opportunity with short-medium term view of Partnership. A small but experienced team with an impressive and growing client portfolio. Based in the centre of Dublin, with flexible and hybrid working. A forward thinking firm and a friendly and progressive working environment.

Covering a variety of tax heads, you’ll manage and build upon a client portfolio including both domestic and internationally recognised organisations. While a healthy and increasing (primarily inbound) portfolio exists, you’ll utilise your knowledge of the local market to support the firm in their efforts to build a presence in Ireland. You’ll support junior team members, provide tax advise across a variety of tax heads, and help the firm capitalise on the growing interested from new and existing client in their specialist services.

• Advising a unique portfolio of clients;
  • Corporate Tax planning
  • Global Mobility and Employment Tax
  • Cross-boarder VAT

  • Reviewing/approving Tax credit claims
  • Range of other tax advice as per client needs
• Working directly with the Tax Partners and putting Partnership track plans in place from day one
• Managing a team of qualified and part-qualified tax professionals
• Building a network within the wider firm and with existing and prospective clients
• Supporting the firm in it’s growth ambitions

The Person:

• Must hold a relevant qualification in Tax
• An experience Tax advisor, ideally with a variety of experience across multiple tax heads
• Commercially focused and personally ambitious
• Demonstratable ability to build and sustain working relationships with clients
• A good team player with experience in people management
