Tax Part Qualified Trainee – International Tax
We are currently seeking a Part-Qualified Tax Trainee to join our growing International Tax and Transfer Pricing Team with our Dublin Tax department. As a Part-Qualified Trainee you will be managing the compliance requirements of a broad portfolio of clients, researching EU and other international tax related developments, and gaining experience in advisory work for international tax and transfer pricing projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the compliance requirements of a broad portfolio of clients (primarily corporates)
  • Researching for tax advice on cross border and local Irish tax matters
  • Reporting directly to members of the senior tax management group and tax partners
  • Interpreting legislation and identifying precedent
  • Researching and identifying tax planning issues and opportunities for clients
  • Researching EU and other international tax related developments
  • Liaising with other departments to plan and provide professional tax advice
  • Supervision, development and mentoring of tax trainees

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • ACA/ACCA/and/or CTA part – qualified
  • ADIT qualification/part qualification beneficial but not a requirement
  • Strong academic background
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong technical skills across all tax heads
  • Be commercially minded
  • Be ambitious
