As a Teacher Aide / Assistant for the little ones and a valuable member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating their social, physical and cognitive skills. A strong partnership with parents is essential and this position requires an individual who is able to communicate frequently and effectively with both children and their parents. Education, Skills & Experience:

• High School graduation
• Prefer a college degree
• Must have a minimum of 6 ECE (Early Childhood Education) units or agree to complete 6 units within 2 months of starting work
• 1 year of Childcare or similar experience as a Nanny or Babysitter

Responsibilities:

• Daily classroom management and activities working directly with children.
• Work collaboratively with Director, other teachers and families.
• Use the Building Kidz curriculum for academics, art and crafts.
• Keep students safe & engaged in their learning.
• Keep students engaged in their learning.
• Consistently demonstrate reliability and dependability with a positive and professional attitude with open communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
