Applicants must have a natural love for children and babies, be able to remain calm in high stress situations, be willing to work with a diverse group of children, be able and willing to put children first throughout the day.

Educational REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma/GED
- DCF 45 Hours + competency exams
- Experience preferred but not necessary for assistant teachers.
Minimum of 1 year experience is required for Lead teachers.
- Trainings in CLASS, GOLD, Conscious Discipline a plus, but not necessary
