Job description
A Assistant Manager/Team Lead is responsible for assisting the General Manager/Assistant Manager in the opening/closing of store, leading employees, customer experience, sales performance and execution of brand excellence in a store. The AM/team leader is responsible for maximizing the sales while on shift and making sure the store runs at full potential. The Team Lead must maintain an exceptional level of customer service by developing strong store Team Members.
