The ideal candidate for this position is a highly motivated, enthusiastic and responsible individual with an interest in workplace team building and leadership. The Team Leader will create an encouraging and motivating work environment, while also guiding employees to ensure they are meeting deadlines and achieving goals. This position will provide the candidate with an excellent opportunity to develop their own management skills and supervise a team of underlings. The right person will have excellent communication skills, as well as a desire to work hard and make a difference in the workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Manage scheduling and workload of a team.
• Resolve issues between team members.
• Be aware of the company's vision, mission, and values.
• Return messages to clients and update them on the team's progress.
• Create a new system for managing department resources.
• Work well with people under pressure.
• Work with co-workers in a group setting to resolve issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $22.00 per hour
