Pay Range: $97,223 to $110,914

Job Summary: This position will lead the team that is responsible for providing stable operation and support for SAP ERP systems for Hydro Extrusion North America. This involves three manufacturing locations in the United States running SAP.

Required Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred OR equivalent 10 years of experience in IT within a manufacturing facility
• 7 years’ experience with SAP ERP
• Project Management and organizational skills
• Prior Team Lead/People Manager experience

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• Experience in a multinational IT environment
• SAP Functional Support experience
• Reasonable technical knowledge of ERP’s in general
• GUI/XT and Label Software experience
• Ability to translate business strategy into functional operational plans
• Aluminum extrusion process knowledge
• Proficient Microsoft Office applications
• Effective communication skills in English both written and verbal

• Process change management experience as part of IT Projects

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between IT and the manufacturing plants
• Analyzes business requests; elicits, analyzes and documents business requirements; identifies alternative solutions; assesses feasibility and makes recommendations that are best for the company
• Leads and coordinates all facets of testing; Prepares testing plans to confirm that requirements and system design are accurate and complete, performs verification, and user acceptance
• Perform project management activities including maintenance of project schedules to ensure tasks are completed within scheduled timeframe.
• Provides system support to end users and administrators to resolve business and technical problems.
• Ensures stable operations for SAP Systems
• Responsible for planning and managing departments budget
• 25% travel required
