Keller Williams Elevate is actively seeking a Team Leader (TL) to lead and grow its high-achieving and well-established Market Center (Real Estate Brokerage). The Team Leader will be primarily focused on maintaining aggressive growth within the organization, leading the Market Center Administrator (MCA) and Productivity Coach (PC) within the Market Center, and building strong consultative relationships with the top agents in the Market Center. The next successful TL will have a high capacity for interpersonal relationships and will be an inspirational and effective oral and written communicator.

Duties & Responsibilities:
The TL is an executive leadership position within Keller Williams Elevate and will be responsible for:
  • Recruiting high producing and high potential real estate agents to the brokerage.
  • Overseeing the hiring, leadership, and development of the MCA and PC in addition to ensuring they are properly trained and held accountable to Keller Williams' high-performance standards.
  • Managing and accelerating the financial performance of the brokerage, paying close attention to, and making necessary adjustments to key financial indicators, to maximize profitability along with the Leadership Team.
  • Providing business development, technology audits, and financial management consulting to top agents within the office, helping them make dramatic growth in their personal production and performance.
  • Promoting a strong, learning-based environment and ensuring that agents have access to top-of-the-line training and educational opportunities.
  • Maintaining a positive and empowering environment that both challenges associates to reach their potential, and provides for a caring, people-first atmosphere.
  • Implementing the Operating Principal’s (OP) vision and meeting weekly with the General Manager (GM) to review recruitment standards and goals.
  • Leading monthly meetings for both the Market Center (brokerage) and Agent Leadership Council (ALC).
  • Overseeing and leading the ALC, which is a group of top agents responsible for the Market Center’s policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate in-depth, high-level, proven growth and leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to build powerful relationships and recruit effectively and consistently.
  • Strong verbal leadership, communication skills and social poise.
  • Experience in a high-growth environment is preferred.
  • Background in real estate sales is preferred. However, a candidate who possesses both exceptional leadership skills & an exceptional track record in another industry, will be considered.
  • Proven ability to work in a collaborative team setting and the proficiency to work independently.
  • Ability to thrive in an environment with high levels of accountability.

Compensation:
  • Packages ranging from $85,000-110,000
  • Base Salary plus a percentage of company profits.
