Job description

We are searching for hardworking and energetic people to lead our team of movers. It will be your responsibility to make sure every customer has a great experience and a smooth move. This means having great leadership skills, attention to detail, and customer service skills.

For those with little or no experience, we will train the right candidate. Training takes up to 2 months. Pay is $22-$28 per hour (including tips) after training is complete. During training, pay is $18 per hour plus tips. You can expect to average at least $21 per hour during training.

General Job Duties:

• Driving NON-CDL box trucks.
• Prep and protect furniture and fragile items.
• Lead your team to safely and efficiently move customer belongings.
• Oversee light disassembly and assembly of furniture.
• Provide great customer service.
