As a Team Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising the staff, providing excellent customer service to our guests, working with the other Supervisors to make sure that shifts are covered and assisting with product ordering.

• Supervise Staff
• Help train new team members
• Motivate and set strategic objectives for your team
• Answer guest's questions regarding ingredients
• Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios)
• Comply with health and safety regulations

Café experience not required but preferred. Training will be provided.

20 - 35 flexible hours required
