Data Up Consulting is looking for a Technical Account Manager/Sales
This individual would be responsible for managing the technical aspects of the sales process for a Data Up Consulting services. The role involves working closely with the sales team, customers, and internal technical teams to ensure that customer requirements are understood and met, and that products or services are successfully implemented.
Key responsibilities of a Technical Account Manager Sales include:
Understanding customer needs: Work with customers to understand their technical requirements, and translate these requirements into product or service solutions that meet their needs.
Technical sales support: Provide technical sales support to the sales team by conducting product demonstrations, answering technical questions, and addressing customer concerns.
Product implementation: Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure that products or services are successfully implemented for customers, and that any technical issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
Relationship building: Build strong relationships with customers and become a trusted advisor by providing technical guidance and support throughout the sales process.
Customer satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by proactively addressing customer needs and ensuring that products or services meet their requirements.
Technical expertise: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Data Up’s Consulting services, as well as industry trends and developments, in order to provide expert technical guidance and support.
Sales forecasting: Work with the sales team to forecast sales and identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications for a Technical Account Manager Sales include:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as engineering, computer science, or information technology.
Strong technical background and experience in sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a technical sales or account management role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
Customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
