Technical Architect
POSITION SUMMARY:
Netrix Global is looking for a Technical Architect for the Netrix Enterprise Systems (NES) department. The Technical Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Netrix’s enterprise tools and platforms that support the finance, sales, marketing, and delivery organizations. The Technical Architect will be tasked to improve existing capabilities and as well as oversee the architecture of new features and enhancements – from requirements definition, through product launch, and beyond. This role is critical in ensuring that developed features align with organizational goals and internal customer needs. Candidates for this position must be customer-focused, embrace an entrepreneurial spirit, and be hands-on. This role will report to the Sr. Director, Enterprise Systems.

Responsibilities:
As a member of our growing team, many of the Technical Architect duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Design well-architected systems & integrations to facilitate the best possible technical solutions
- Assess business/product requirements, craft innovative and right-sized solutions, create a plan and partner with the product management and development team to implement these plans
- Identify requirements that cannot be met with standard system functionality and recommend alternative approaches, including tradeoffs and short-/long-term implications
- Actively morph the Enterprise System ecosystem, including Salesforce, Kimble PSA (Professional Services Automation), Sage Intacct (ERP), their integration with each other, and other attached systems. History/experience in Salesforce to Intacct integrations desired.
- Collaborate and provide hands-on development/support to Enterprise System projects including new implementations, enhancements, integrations, support & other special projects
- Determine the feasibility of solutions and integration of 3rd-party modules
- Solve architectural problems, ensure resolution; Actively challenge the status quo and seek the optimal solution for the business problem at hand
- Mentor and coach other administrators and developers to craft the vision
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5+ years technical or enterprise architecture – or equivalency in consulting experience with development/hands-on experience prior
- Must have experience with Salesforce & Sage Intacct integrated environments
- Working knowledge of financial reporting needs
- Strong time and project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently
- Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical & non-technical teams; demonstrable skill in coaching/mentor peer developers/administrators to produce outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding teamwork skills
