BEPC Inc. has a great opportunity for a Technical Project Manager III in Santa Clara, CA!
W2 Contract for 12 months with opportunity of extensions.
Pay rate: $45 - $62 per hour

Job responsibilities per area:
Program Leadership, Staffing:
- Accountable to nominate and lead user team members, appoint roles, and ensure alignment between the various user team members.
- Ensure that resources assigned to the user team, with regards to capacity and capability, are adequate to support the project needs.
- Provide training for operations staff and ensure new staff is recruited as required.
- Support the project team, as per Roles and Responsibility Matrix.
Program Leadership, Deliverables:
- Coordinate all interfaces and requirements with the user (operation)/owner organization, the manufacturing program, and the development program.
- Ensure coordination and communication with Team and Stakeholders.
- Define the user/owner needs and project scope in close collaboration with the project manager.
- Responsible for defining the requirements of the project from a user, operations, and business perspective.
- Ensure involvement of all parties and that their respective requirements are captured in a combined scope document (URB/URS).
- Manage all regulatory aspects and support product registration.
- Ensure all the change request processes are followed and documented (operational start-up plan).
Project Management:
- Lead the Project Initiation Phase according to the DPP.
- Ensure that the overall Business Case calculation is established (mandatory for all projects - CHF 30.0 Mio) and the financial impact on standard manufacturing costs (SMC) or allocation is calculated. This must be done in close collaboration with the corresponding Finance representatives.
- Define and implement the funding strategy (start-up and validation).
- Manage the operation budget and organization.
- Establish transition plan from the current state to the future state after project handover.
- Contribute to risk assessment and establish the business risk.
- Prepare the steering committee meeting content and meeting pre-reads for all user/owner aspects.
- Support the commissioning phases and ensure availability of operational resources during the following commissioning phases.
- Operate the asset after handover from delivery team/project manager.
