Technical Support Engineer / Permanent / Ireland (Remote / €65,000 (DOE)

About Your New Employer

• provide software and product solutions to customers

About Your New Role

• You will collaborate and consult with clients to implement successful product launches, and to resolve highly complex technical issues associated with deployment
• You will be partnering with clients and help them optimise their use of the company's products
• You will be researching and documenting customer deployment or adoption issues
• You will be collaborating with Development and Sales Consultants to identify high priority issues and be partnering with Development teams as needed
• You will be the primary technical liaison between prospects and other departments as issues are resolved
• You will be given the opportunity to gain more skills from Day 1, by carrying out training courses or self-study to acquire certifications

What Skills You Need

• Minimum 2 years' experience providing support for software applications and products
• Thorough understanding of network and perimeter security, server set-up, and administration
• Knowledge of Opensearch, Elasticsearch, AWS, would be beneficial
• Excellent customer service skills
