What you’ll be doing...
- Providing Verizon internal users with 1st class support of PC hardware, operating systems and applications including all device types from desktop PC, laptop to mobile devices.
- Participating in various IT focused projects, such as device refresh, office moves, deployment of various applications and operating systems.
What we’re looking for...
You'll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
- Experience supporting latest Windows / Office and MacOS products.
- Experience supporting a variety of PC devices.
- Experience using and supporting Android / Apple mobile devices to advanced level.
- Experience using and supporting Google G Suite to advanced level.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- Knowledge and support of centralised MFD (multi-functional device) solutions.
- Ability to manage small to medium projects.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work on your own initiative or part of a busy team.
- Ability to demonstrate future leadership qualities.
- Good personal organisation and time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Documentation and reporting skills.
- Flexible approach to working hours.
