Job Description:
Principle Responsibilities
- Training Delivery.
- Delivers the appropriate training courses, curriculum and competency assessments.
- Delivers the appropriate training materials to assist site affiliates to conduct training.
- Escalate issues discovered with the development and maintenance of the training environment eLearning or curriculum.
- Develops and delivers training as assigned.
- Customer Management and Support.
- Executes testing to validate curriculum environment and eLearning in support of system changes.
- Provides end user support as needed for go-lives, major system and workflow changes.
- Understands and follows the escalation and change management processes defined by the team.
- Project Management.
- Participates on project teams.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or applicable work experience with technical application training required
- Less than 2 years of information training experience (may have expertise in business area or systems training experience) required
- Advanced training certifications preferred

Additional Job Description:
Shift Scheduling:
- This position trains the associates at the Customer Experience Center. Shift scheduling will majoritively be Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM. There will be occasional weekend and evening hours, as well as trips to both the Coon Rapids and Midtown Minneapolis facilities to accommodate the training schedules for the Customer Experience Center.
Training Requirements:
- Training will consist of 6 months on-site for training and familiarity. After 6 months there will be a review and remote options could become available at that time
Secondary Location - Midtown Minneapolis:
- The technical trainer is a mostly remote role that will have trips to both of our in office locations.
- The midtown location is accessible to public transportation options including bus, light rail, etc.
