- Extensive experience as a technical writer, preferably with a SaaS product.
- Some experience planning and leading major documentation initiatives, such as the launch of new documentation resources, large-scale documentation reviews and revamps, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience establishing style guidelines and familiarity with documentation linting.
- Natural passion and curiosity about software and user experiences.
- Demonstrated use of data in evidence-based decision-making.
- Proficient knowledge of relevant authoring tools.
- Proactive and able to work independently on multiple projects.
About You
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Demonstrable experience with a strong portfolio
- Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders
- Ability to work from the office or remotely and independently
