Technician Assistant

Must be available to work a schedule with weekdays and weekends!

Technician Assistant - Essential Duties - Include, but not limited to, the following:

• Providing general assistance around the shop, including administrative and technical tasks
• Assist with shop loading and pre-staging of vehicles and parts
• Monitor dispatched work and schedules
• Empty and refill necessary fluid containers
• Clean and maintain equipment as directed
• Make sure workers and technicians have the tools necessary to complete their assigned tasks
• Provide assistance to project managers, shop supervisors, and the quality inspection team as needed
• Monitor, utilize, and maintain safety equipment
• Operate various shop equipment

Technician Assistant - Qualifications:

• Graduate or current enrollment in an ASE accredited program
• Clean driving record
• Able to pass a drug test
• Automotive Dealership experience a PLUS!
• Service or hospitality industries experience a PLUS!
• Previous retail and/or customer service experience.
• Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
• Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must conduct oneself in a professional manner.
• Strive to respect and facilitate teamwork within all departments.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and team members.
• Bilingual a PLUS!
