General Responsibilities:
- Build and actively implement sourcing strategies to attract and hire the very best technical talent
- Work closely with hiring managers understanding the department needs
- Full end to end recruitment life cycle management
- Partner and maintain positive relationships with the hiring team and recruiting team members
- Recruit tech talent; UX Designers, Technical Leads, Software Developers and Engineers, Data Scientists and Analysts, Product Managers, Cyber Security Specialists and more
- Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters and screen all candidates for appropriate fits while collecting salary expectations.
- Source candidates by using personal network, databases and social media including LinkedIn and Indeed
- Write, edit, and post job descriptions on career websites
- Conduct phone, Teams, and/or in-person interviews
- Provide highly qualified candidates to the hiring manager
- Provide ongoing timely communication and updates to Hiring Managers and leadership during weekly meeting
- Conduct market research and use data to build talent insights and recommend hiring strategies
- Work with the Talent Manager to Implement and fine tune new and existing processes for recruiting
- Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience
- Work on various projects focused on hiring at Hertz Europe
- Multiple years working as a technical recruiter
- Ability to prioritize and recruit an average of 20 open positions at any one time
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling within Microsoft Outlook
- Exceptional interviewing skills with prompt feedback
- Expertise using social media platforms including LinkedIn and Indeed
- Ability to handle sensitive information in strict confidence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines
- Thrives in a team environment with the ability to work independently
- An enthusiastic, flexible, and positive attitude
- Demonstrate good communication skills both written and oral.
