Reporting to the Sr Director, HRBP International and supporting the European Human Resource Team, the administrative coordinator will have strong administration and organizational skills, exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, have strong written and verbal communication and an ability to balance multiple priorities.

Essential Functions required for the job.

  • Plans, coordinates and manages an active calendar of appointments for the European Human Resources Team as well as scheduling candidate interviews and appointments with hiring managers across the organization.
  • Compiles Human Resources documents and files and ensures that all HR compliance and privacy protocols are followed regarding employee documentation. Compiles documents for meetings and events.
  • Strong power-point skills and the ability to finalize presentations to a high professional standard on behalf of the European HR organization.
  • Supports the administration of payroll and benefits with various responsibilities including tracking of non-core payments, new hire onboarding and through various life events across the European region.
  • A hands-on approach, including periodical report writing, drafting letters, emails, personal correspondence, meeting minutes, and other tasks as needed.
  • Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on issues and concerns addressed to the HR team including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
  • Manages with support from our Strategic Sourcing team, all contracting and Purchase Order activity for the team, ensuring that Finance coding and locations are accurate
  • Manages travel and expenses on behalf of the European HR Team
  • Other administrative duties may be assigned on an ad-hoc temporary basis (holiday cover for particular tasks i.e. email monitoring)
