Outline:
As the Administrator you will be supporting the Learning and Development Department working for a global facilities company. The successful candidate will have a strong administration background and immediately available to start a six-month contract.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- · General administration duties report generation, filing, scanning and photocopying
- · Reporting, allocating Training, assisting with the Train the Trainer programme
- · Administration support to the learning and development team
- · Organising training courses and planning training days
- · Control of critical documents
- · Checking document criteria using Excel
- · Track document approvals and status
ESSENTIAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- · 3/5 years Administration experience within a training environment desirable
- · Excellent IT skills essential - MS Word and advanced MS Excel
- · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal essential
- · Highly organised with strong attention to detail essential
- · Ability to multi-task and work well under strict deadlines essential
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Salary: Up to €33,000.00 per year
