This opportunity is full time, 40 hours per week, with a 6 month assignment. There is an opportunity to work 8 hour overnight (10:45pm - 7:15am) shifts.
Pembroke Hospital is a 120-bed acute care, inpatient behavioral health facility located south of Boston, in Pembroke, MA. Situated on 26 acres, we offer inpatient and partial hospitalization treatment to teens, adults and older adults, and our services are designed to assess, stabilize, and treat patients by addressing their primary symptoms and problems. The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital part of Pembroke Hospital’s multidisciplinary treatment team. With proper training, you will work with culturally and generationally diverse populations to meet their individual needs. You will be trained on psychiatric group processes, age-specific care, trauma informed care, therapeutic boundaries, and crisis intervention techniques.
Our Temporary Registered Nurse (RN) Position Includes:
- $60 per hour flat rate for every other weekend commitment; $65 per hour flat rate for every weekend
- 40 Hour per week only
- Overnight shift available only
- Every other weekend or every weekend options
- No benefits
- $8,000 bonus to convert to a full time position upon completion of the 6 month contract

Requirements
- Current MA RN License (or eligible to receive or renew)
- 1+ years of RN experience required
- Experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting is preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
