This role will support our Nestle Premium Waters (PW) division, a category in Nestlé USA’s portfolio focused on elevating iconic brands including San Pellegrino, Acqua Panna, and Perrier in the foodservice channel with a focus on hotels, restaurants, bars, cafes and select non-commercial businesses. As part of the Nestlé Premium Waters sales team, you will gain valuable experience by supporting key objectives focused on cultivating demand and elevating our premium waters.

What is this role like?

  • Execute territory sales plans co-developed with Regional Business Manager to develop new hotel, restaurant, café and bar accounts
  • Account Management for existing and new customers
  • Develop business relationship beyond the buyer to include cross-functional leaders
  • Responsible and accountable to achieve agreed upon KPI's
  • Work cross-functionally with peer groups to share and leverage best practices and execute deals across shared territories
  • Support national account plans for lodging/travel, chain restaurants, and non-commercial businesses
  • Support distributor partners with training, program execution and distributor sales representative relationship building
  • Understand P&L and manage budgets.
  • Assist customers in reaching sales potential on company products by offering creative selling ideas.
  • Propose appropriate brands, packages, and equipment solutions to satisfy customer needs, while fully leveraging national and local marketing initiatives with the customer.
  • Track daily, weekly and monthly call activity and performance measurements against assigned goals and expectations.
  • Conduct post promotional analysis measuring the success levels of promotions making any necessary changes.
  • Regular interaction with store level and district/market manager customers leaders, inclusive of regularly stewarding customers performance and results

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2-4 years in Field Sales, Account Management, Business Development or Category sales
  • Food and beverage sales experience preferred
  • Consistently delivers on KPIs / demonstrated success in previous roles
  • Strong entrepreneurial and execution skills
  • Problem solver, self-starter and good communication skills
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer and database application skills.
  • Experience managing budgets.
  • Must be willing to live in the focus market (Atlanta, GA Metro)
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License and be able to drive/travel through the designated market area

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $67,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
