The Territory Manager - Philadelphia will support out Industrial Air Filtration division and cover a territory primarily encompassing Eastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey. The position will focus on selling dust collection capital equipment, mainly through end users and channel partners (dealers, distributors, and OEMs). We offer an extremely competitive compensation plan including a no-ceiling income package, company car, wireless phone, 401K and complete benefits package.
Ideal candidates must reside within the Philadelphia area.
Role Responsibilities:

Responsible for sales growth of industrial capital equipment (dust collection equipment and related items – please see our website for particulars)

Sales to end-users, and channel partners such as dealers, distributors, OEMs

Training and presentations to engineers

Accountability to a Regional Sales Director
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
-
2+ years of outside sales experience
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in filtration or dust collection would be a major asset
-
Previous experience in Industrial Sales
-
Experience selling machinery and capital equipment to manufacturers
-
Ability to thrive in a self-directed environment
-
Engineering background or degree would be highly preferred

Technical aptitude, general mechanical
-
Comfort with CRM, MS Office, mobile applications
