Key Responsibilities:
Defining the testing strategy [including non-functional test] & approach for the complex program.

Creation of a high-level test plan.

Provide necessary inputs from a test perspective towards the deployment strategy and approach.

Provide leadership, guidance, training and mentoring to improve the quality and efficiency across the bank test delivery.

Encourage continuous improvements/innovation in the test delivery.

Participate in regular meetings with senior stakeholders to communicate accomplishments, plans and issues as well as any risks to the project's progress and continuous improvements.

Collaborate with test/service partners and suppliers to deliver projects to high quality and on time.

Define and track test metrics such as test effectiveness, coverage, productivity etc.

Review the project deliverables and status on the regular intervals and ensure smooth deliveries for key programmes.

Oversight and management of testing resources and activities for all applications in the programme scope.

Work closely with the application build managers to deliver the standardisation and management of unit and system testing.

Ensure test teams follow agreed process on test data.

Required Skills:
15-20 Years of programme test delivery experience

Stakeholder management experience

Prior test experience on setting up and delivering a large and complex regulatory program.

Prior SAP experience (optional)

Prior experience in regulatory reporting programmes within Banking or Insurance e.g. IFRS17, Solvency II, Basel II, ILAA
