At Fastest Labs of West Miami your role with our team will be a dual role with administrative duties such as customer service, data entry and handling telephone calls and providing clinical drug, DNA, and alcohol testing services.

This position requires a high level of customer service and an extremely positive attitude. We will certify and train you to welcome, test and service our clients. We perform pre-employment and random drug testing for small to large businesses and individuals. No medical experience is necessary, we provide all the certifications necessary during your orientation and training sessions.
We are looking for a TEAM MEMBER with administrative skills, outgoing people person qualities, and a HIGH level of customer service.

DETAILS:
Salary: $15 per hour

**No Nights, No Weekends, Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays! 8 to 5 Monday through Friday (1 hour Non-Paid Lunch break) 40 Hours per week.**

Basic Function:

Handle the business telephone, client communications, testing of clients and assist in the day to day operation of the Fastest Labs collection site.

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Handle potential customer inquiries and follow telephone script to persuade callers to
schedule an appointment or come in to the collection facility for testing.
2. Perform certified urine, alcohol, saliva, fingernail, hair follicle and DNA specimen collections.
3. Maintain a daily telephone log of all incoming calls.
4. Perform specimen collections following proper chain of custody procedures, packaging of specimens, and shipping package with appropriate courier.
5. Collect payment from clients.
6. Report urine, hair, alcohol, fingernail, hair follicle and DNA test results to the client using the appropriate reporting protocol agreed upon by the client.
7. Conduct optional outbound sales calls during the day and professionally and accurately present Fastest Labs services to prospective customers.
8. Monitor and inventory testing supplies.
9. Follow up on all leads for Fastest Labs service with e-mails or telephone calls.

Secondary Responsibilities:
1. Maintain a clean and fresh appearance of the entire office, reception area and testing areas.
2. At all times contribute to a positive work climate and to the overall team effort of the company.
3. Maintenance and preparation of testing products, forms and equipment.
4. Perform all office functions and other reasonable, related duties as assigned or requested.

Special Requirements:
1. Ability to use a computer.
2. Ability to withstand regular physical contact with urine, hair, saliva, fingernail dust, and cleaning solutions.
3. Ability to lift 35 pounds, bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, and carrying.
4. Sitting at a desk for extended periods.
