We are currently recruiting for an experienced Supervisor to join The Stables Brasserie & Bar team at Sheen Falls Lodge.

Sheen Falls Lodge is a member of Relais & Chateaux and since opening in 1991 has received many prestigious Awards and Accolades. We are looking for an individual that will help us not only maintain our standard but improve upon it.

Profile description

As a member of the brasserie supervisor management team, experience and knowledge in the following areas is essential to be considered for this role:

Previous experience in a similar supervisory role.
Attention to details
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
Be a very organized person
Comprehensive knowledge of Food and Beverages, Food & Beverage service, hygiene standards, quality presentation and beverage product knowledge.
Ability to ensure that the guest expectation is consistently being met and surpassed by the team.
Ability to motivate, train, lead and develop the team.
Ability to be part of the team.
Fluent English both oral and written.

Some of the duties you will be responsible for:
Training and supervising team members, leading the team as a team
Controlling stock and ordering
Ensuring the Brasserie and Brasserie team is ready and prepared ahead of and during each service.
Greeting customers and be part of overseeing that their expectations are me
Providing information on menus and dealing guests.
Organising and following booking details requirements for individuals and for larger parties are met.
Ensure that the work procedures by the restaurant and bar team members meets official standards of hygiene, standard of service and licensing laws at all times.
Reporting maintenance and repairs of buildings, furniture and equipment
