We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide evidence-based mental health treatment to individuals, couples, and families with a variety of mental health concerns. The Mental Health Therapist will work collaboratively with other members of the clinical team to ensure high-quality care and positive client outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health concerns and develop treatment plans
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment goals
• Collaborate with other members of the clinical team to ensure coordinated care and positive outcomes for clients
• Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices in the field of mental health
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities

Requirements:

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field
• Licensure as a mental health therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.) in the state of practice
• Experience providing evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
