• Advanced TIG and Intermediate MIG Welding skills (70% of work is TIG welding)
• Ability to efficiently and effectively weld thin gauge material (18 gauge)
• Ability to efficiently and effectively weld close tolerances (+/- .030)
• Proficient at reading/understanding technical drawings and blueprints
• Must be able to work independently while maintaining production and quality standards
• Must be willing to work within strict safety, quality and efficiency standards
• Good listening/learning skills, adaptive and willing to work with others

Our diverse manufacturing and engineering experience run deep, wide and long. Our journey began in 1946 out of a small shop located in Emeryville California. At that time, the company was Atlas Pacific Engineering. In 1986 Atlas Pacific relocated to Pueblo, CO. After decades of success and significant growth in Pueblo, the strategic decision was made to relocate the Engineering, Sales, and Service functions of Atlas Pacific to Centennial, CO and strictly focus on manufacturing core competencies in Pueblo. In 2021, the Pueblo facility was renamed Gulfco Manufacturing.
