Time and Attendance Supervisor

Radial’s omnichannel solutions use cutting-edge technology and analytics to optimize the e-commerce end to end processes reducing costs for our customer while enhancing the consumer experience.
Role Summary:
This position will supervise a team of eTime Specialists, as well as maintain and initiate process improvements for the Timekeeping platform(s) for the assigned region of the Radial network. This position will be the primary subject matter expert both on the system and the related processes and procedures. The supervisor will work closely with key business partners to ensure the time and attendance application and processes are performing as designed, support the application and users, ensuring issues are resolved with the vendor in a timely fashion.
Responsibilities:
Supervision of a team of eTime Specialist within the assigned region.
Manage the administration of Time and Attendance for hourly employees in the assigned region of the Radial Network.
Accountable for oversight and governance of the procedures and policies related to Time and Attendance as well as ensuring data integrity
Compliance to the timely and accurate processing of all time and attendance transactions
Managing and monitoring timecard manager approvals, timecard signoffs, data validation, historical edits, generating/exporting reports
Manage the vendor relationship with Time and Attendance provider. Ensure timely response to issues as well as collaborate with them to develop innovative concepts for out platform.
Responds to employee inquiries in timely manner and troubleshooting to resolve employee concerns.
Collaborate with Payroll Manager, Human Resources, Operations, SG&A functions, and other teams to solve complex issues
Work with Payroll Manager and Human Resources to ensure that all integrations between payroll system, Time and Attendance System, other integrated systems are functioning properly
Analyze reports and deliver key trends and escalate issues appropriately
Requirements:
Previous experience with ADP, Kronos or other Time & Attendance systems is required. ADP experience is highly preferred.
Previous experience in leading a team is preferred.
Ability to deal with information that is highly sensitive and confidential.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to interact well within a team environment.
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize work load for self and team.
Takes initiative in identifying creative ways to improve existing processes.
Minimum 2-4 years' experience required in a Time & Attendance process role.
Leadership qualities with the ability to work across the distribution centers with internal management and associate.
Experience in a complex, multiple employee group organization preferred
Experience with diverse pay practices and multiple pay cycles preferred
Travel:
