Job description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced lube technician to join our incredible team. Looking for someone who is goal driven and ready to keep learning and growing with the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance on vehicles including oil changes, tire rotations, and other basic services. The person in this role also needs to be able to identify potential problems and communicate with the rest of the team.

Responsibilities:

- Perform oil changes(ALL makes & models), tire rotations, mount & balance tires, and other basic maintenance services on vehicles

-Check and top off fluids

-Inspect vehicles for signs of wear and tear

-Communicate with other team members about recommended services

-Maintain a clean and organized work area

-Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

~High school diploma or equivalent

~Previous experience working with vehicles, preferably in a service or maintenance capacity

~Knowledge of basic automotive systems and components

~Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

~Good communication and customer service skills

~Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 pounds.
