Our company is looking for an experienced Automotive Title Clerk to provide clerical support to the accounting department. The successful applicant will be responsible for data entry, scanning documents, filing and ensuring that all deadlines are met. This is a very organized, detail driven position that requires knowledge of titling new and used vehicles not only in the state of Tennessee but also in other states. Great office staff to help you fit right in!

Responsibilities:

• Gather and record information about automotive documents, legal documents, and vehicle loan documents
• Prepare documents to be submitted to Dept. of Motor Vehicle
• Prepare titles for wholesale transactions and collect money for those transactions
• Organize and track paperwork.
• Communicate with managers and title companies.
• Communicate with management regarding any paperwork issues
• Submit payoff funds on vehicles traded in
• Process paperwork to meet strict deadlines.
• Ensure that all laws are followed when recording documents
• Detail oriented
• Must be accuracy focused and not afraid to ask questions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,500.00 - $41,600.00 per year

• Title Clerk: 1 year (Preferred)
