• Doctors Lawn and Landscape is growing, and we are looking to sponsor individuals for a TN Visa who have a degree in Horticulture and Agriculture for key level roles within the company! Applicants MUST be a citizen of Mexico or Canada and have a Baccalaureate or Licenciatura Degree in: Agriculture, Horticulture, or Geology to be eligible for this sponsorship. We are seeking Team Members and Team Leaders in the following areas:

• Landscape Maintenance
• Landscape Construction
• Irrigation
• Chemical Applications

About The Job:

• Use hand/power tools to maintain lawns
• Repetitive movement such as standing, walking, twisting, turning, bending, squatting, and stooping
• May operate motorized vehicles
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs daily
• Regular exposure to outside environment including rain, cold, sun, or night.
• Transportation provided to worksites from central location in Overland Park, KS
• Team Leaders must have a valid driver license

Hours:

• Monday through Friday starting at 7:00am – 40 + hours a week
• Weekends may be necessary when there are rain and weather delays

Qualifications:

• Must posses a Baccalaureate or Licenciatura Degree in: Agriculture, Horticulture, or Geology.
• Possess willingness to learn new skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Can-do attitude and have the ability to problem solve and work together

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
