SUMMARY
The Training Administrator is responsible for coordination of training resources to ensure we support the training needs of all divisions. This position also is responsible for managing the training software and organization of all schedules, curricula and materials needed for employee development programs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Manage calendar, schedule room/resources, handle additions, deletions, or revisions to calendar
- Manage enrollment for training classes working with all managers to ensure classes are full and students are completing prerequisites
- Communicate to managers and supervisors regularly about enrollment in classes, dates and time to attend, changes to class schedule, prerequisites for class etc
- Manage resources needed for training class schedule - class materials, reservation of rooms, managing lunches or refreshments, class evaluations forms, and work with training instructors on evaluations
- Manage training program to ensure we capture attendance, scores and follow up on needs for future development
- Manage creation of online curricula, class rosters and schedules in training program
- Manage data feeds into training program from other training websites and HR software program
- Administer all manufacturer training websites - Dealer Performance Center, MCFA E Learning, AGCO Academy etc. Work with IT department to set up users, handles issues
- Maintain the training information page of the “The HUB”
- Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus 2 years experience in training administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.

COMPENSATION
Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00 Hourly
Pay Range Dependent on Knowledge, Skills, and Ability.
