The Training Associate is responsible for training new team members of the department on company and department policies, guidelines, procedures, and practices. They will have all applicable training materials prepared and updated to ensure training courses are organized and effective. They will be responsible to help identify whether further training is needed between new and existing team members.

TRAINING ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understand, know, & occasionally perform the functions of a Customer Service and Collections Associate to be a backup as needed.
  • Be available to new team members for questions and guidance throughout their employment.
  • Prepare, update, and organize all applicable training materials.
  • Provide training courses in person via classroom style while utilizing current systems & technologies within the department.
  • Conduct additional training accordingly where skill gaps are identified.
  • Ensure new team members have successfully completed all training components to become a fully functional member of the team.
  • Know when to adjust training methods based on individual learning styles when expectations are not being met.
  • Provide recommendations to leadership on process improvement, new training methods, or on specific performance discrepancies.
  • Other job-related duties as required by business needs.

TRAINING ASSOCIATE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must understand, recognize, & train to different learning styles
  • Required to have a High School diploma or GED
  • Must be willing to adapt and prioritize tasks accordingly throughout the workdays
  • Strong presentation skills with excellent verbal and written communication are needed
  • Minimum of 1-year relevant work experience is required
  • Must have previous Customer Service experience
  • Call Center environment exposure is preferred

TRAINING ASSOCIATE OFFICE LOCATION:

  • 628 Roosevelt Road, St. Cloud, MN

TRAINING ASSOCIATE HOURS/SCHEDULE

  • Full-time, 40 hours/week
  • Monday-Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm
  • May need to be flexible on occasion, based on business needs

TRAINING ASSOCIATE COMPENSATION:

  • Up to $23.00 per hour, Based on Experience
