*This is NOT a corporate position. This position operates out of Chick-fil-A Cascade Road in Atlanta, Georgia. This is an entry/light experience role.*

Chick-fil-A Cascade Road is seeking an Training Coordinator who has the capacity to help oversee the development and growth of the team at this location. This leader will be responsible for training and mentoring our team members. This leader will also spend time with team members in operations, as well as working closely with the Director of Operations to establish Training goals. The Training Coordinator should have a passion for developing individuals and seeing them thrive!

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Complete Pathway Training
• Collaborate with leadership on Training Objectives
• Schedule Training by coordinating with the scheduler
• Coordinate with leadership regularly
• Share weekly training updates with the Team
• Send out weekly training emails to trainers and leaders with the following week’s training plan
• Meet objectives in scores

Trainers:

• Develop, Coach, Calibrate, and Implement a Training Team front and back of house
• Partner new hires with Certified Trainers in their respective area for hands on training
• Evaluate trainers every quarter

REQUIREMENTS

• College preferred
• Chick-fil-A experience
• Flexible Availability
• 3 years of Training Experience

In our restaurant, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day.
