• Develop training and training products IAW the Analysis Design Develop Implement and Evaluate (ADDIE) process, Army Learning Model (ALM) Principles, and all applicable regulations and SOPs (i.e., TRADOC REG 350-70 and all appendixes).
• Utilize the ADDIE process when developing solutions for online or classroom learning.
• Perform training development for the IFMC Project Office and maintain certifications in accordance with applicable regulations, and CCoE and/or FCoE certification & evaluation criteria.
• Contractors will use approved TRADOC methodology.
• Define, design, and develop course material and accompanying instructor materials including gather and analyze existing course content and recommend changes based on type of instruction needed. Design instructional materials and programs and recommend delivery strategies by accessing customer training needs.
• Write, edit, review, plan, prioritize, organize, and coordinate tasks.
• Respond to customer service inquiries, communicate and present information orally.
• Conduct Classroom Observations and provide results to the IFMC Leadership (i. e. Division Chief, Training Lead, Director of Logistics, and Software Product Manager).
• Utilize services of existing third party government or commercial organizations to develop training, and deliver or assist with delivery of training requirements as determined by the COR, e. g., TDC, ATTRS, Blackboard, etc.
• Work in a collaborative environment; work with other schools, institutions, or agencies Government, DoD, USA, Industry, Academia, or Foreign Government to identify and implement new information applicable to specific courses (or lessons), as determined by the COR or IFMC Project Office.
• Perform services at Redstone Arsenal and other locations determined by training requirements and events.
• Attend workshops, present at conferences, or assess training events as required.
• Periodically review training materials such as student handouts, lesson plans, and practical exercises for accuracy and adequacy.
• Record information regarding modification requirements gleaned from attendance at local meetings and conferences.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.
• Candidate must have a minimum DAU Acquisition Logistics Level 1 Certification.
• Candidate must have a general knowledge of and 1-5 years of experience with Army Air Defense Systems and command and control systems.
• Candidate must be a US citizen, and must be a resident of the Huntsville, AL area or be willing to relocate to the Huntsville, AL area.
• Candidate must have a Secret security clearance.
