What You'll Do:
The Ohio Attorney General's Office is currently seeking candidates with a passion for public service to fill a Training Support Analyst position in our Collections Enforcement Section. This position will work a hybrid in-person/remote schedule. There may be changes to this schedule based on training and operational needs. The headquarter location is our Columbus, Ohio office. The successful candidate will perform the following duties which include, but are not limited to:
- Prioritize, develop, review, and evaluate training materials;
- Ensure training needs are fulfilled;
- Assist with training courses;
- Plan webinars and workshops;
- Communicate with clients, vendors, staff, and leadership;
- Create various reports and documentation;
- Collaborate with organizational leaders to identify process improvements

Completion of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; 2-3 years of training and documentation experience; proficient with Microsoft applications (e.g. Excel, Word, and Power Point).
