Role overview

We're looking for an experienced Transformation Manager to join our Solutions Team within the Business Data and Intelligence department. As a Transformation Manager within the D&I team, you will be responsible for owning medium to large scale Lead to Cash oriented projects transforming our business data, process, system, and people responsibilities. You will leverage your thorough understanding and depth of experience with industry standard/best practice program and project management methodologies, processes, and tools to support the successful execution of solutions that meet or exceed our stakeholders’ expectations. As a data and process result oriented team member, you will have the ability to clearly determine what steps are needed to successfully plan, run, and deliver results within an agile environment.

Having an entrepreneurial self-motivated mindset by ‘jumping in the weeds’ while strategically planning will be key to having success within this role and evolving business environment.

Key accountabilities:

● Create, own, and maintain business transformation projects with clear outcomes, milestones, tasks, and deadlines

● Organize and run required meetings to include stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, business SME, stakeholder, and executive requirement and decision-making sessions

● Plan workload management and priority setting for assigned team members

● Act as the key point of contact making appropriate judgement calls on escalations as required & quickly engaging the appropriate resources/functions for successful resolution

● Serve as a liaison and trusted partner between the D&I team, cross-functional project teams, and key departments across the organization to meet deliverables

● Communicate proactively across teams to create and maintain alignment across business units through collaborating on the creation of a clear change management plan

● Identify and track measurable objectives and plans that support a high probability of successful achievement. Track these measurable objectives, KPIs and financial targets across the Digital Transformation workstreams.

● Provide regular status reports and updates to promote program clarity and visibility at various levels within the organization, including among senior leaders

Skills, experience & qualifications required:

● 5+ Years within a Transformation, Project, Program, and/or Change Management Role

● Experience in supporting B2B Lead-to-Cash transformations or similar Sales Transformation efforts within a global organization preferred

● Proven success in having an entrepreneurial, self-managed, adaptable, and resourceful mindset

● Project Management experience in a fast-paced, high growth SaaS, Technology, eCommerce, Agency, and/or Professional Services group

● Highly developed project management skills - demonstrated ability to manage resources, timelines, and budgets while maintaining excellent communication with all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

● Business System knowledge and experience highly preferred to include CRM’s (Salesforce), ERP’s (SAP), Support (ZenDesk), etc.

● Experience with various project management tools and software - Asana, JIRA, Lucidchart, Google Suite products

● Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay

Experience:

  • Transformation, PM or Change Mgmt: 5 years (Required)
  • Data governance: 3 years (Preferred)
  • CRM or ERP Project Management: 3 years (Preferred)
