Influential is looking for an experienced Travel Coordinator to efficiently coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for our creator partners.
In general, on a typical day you will
- Book all necessary airfare, hotel, and activities necessary to support campaigns
- Prepare travel itineraries, confirm reservations, and distribute travel arrangements and schedules to all relevant parties
- Resolve travel related technical conflicts
- Track and organize travel related expenses and receipts
- Manage travel budgets and communicate related issues as they arise
- Obtain approval from leadership for travel requests and expenses that exceed established limits.
- Advise travelers of and assist with any need for specialized travel documents such as visas or passports.
- Maintain accurate records of all travel bookings and expenditure
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Being a Travel Coordinator requires:
- 1+ years of experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of the travel industry
- Exceptional problem solving and interpersonal skills
Bonus points if:
- You have experience at a startup
- You have experience working with influencers/talent/high profile individuals
- You're passionate about social media and/or influencer marketing.
Salary Range:
$50,000 - $65,000
