About the Role
In the newly created role as the Treasury Analyst/ Treasury Settlement Administrator at PIF, you will be responsible for transaction controlling and trade confirmation matching, monitoring FX settlements and approving payments within the Company’s payment platform.
Reporting to the Treasury Manager, the specific areas of responsibility may include, but are not restricted to the following:
- Transaction controlling and trade confirmation matching within Finastra including investigation and resolution of trade mismatches with banking partners and Treasury front office.
- Monitoring of FX settlements with banking partners including ensuring validity of standard settlement instructions, reviewing settlement netting arrangements and approval of payment releases within the Company’s payment platform.
- Maintain TriOptima solution for portfolio reconciliation with banking partners including investigation and resolution of mismatches.
- Fulfilling EMIR reporting requirements.
- Developing best practice and documenting core back-office processes.
- Supporting projects within the treasury area.
- Preparation of operational reporting for management and reports for the board of directors.
- Support in the delivery of Porsche Strategy 2030 objectives
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
- The ideal candidate will be degree educated with over 3 years of relevant professional experience in a corporate Treasury or banking back-office environment. Knowledge of Treasury and financial products essential.
- The successful candidate will have previous experience of working with Treasury management, trade confirmation and payment systems.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- A high sense of responsibility and integrity, an independent approach to work and great commitment.
- Close attention to detail and an ability to work to a high level of accuracy.
- Well organised and able to work to tight deadlines.
- An ability to work in a process driven environment.
- An inquisitive mind, searching for solutions and new approaches to tasks.
- MS Excel, PowerPoint skills required, SAP / HANA knowledge a nice to have.
- Fluent in spoken and written English; German as a second language would be a useful attribute but not essential.

Porsche International Financing dac (‘PIF’) is a Group Treasury company based in Dublin, Ireland, established in 1991. The treasury function is core to Porsche’s business operations managing multi-currency intercompany financing, heading global cash pooling structures and covering FX & IR risk management.
PIF is now in a period of strategic development and is expanding its treasury team. It will become the new In-House Bank for the Porsche Group and will be responsible for daily cash management across all currencies. The Company will jointly implement a new Treasury system (FIS Quantum) and will provide essential back-office Treasury services to the Group and its multi-billion FX derivative portfolio.
