Corporate operations provide a wide range of services to the organization such as finance, internal audit, communications, security and human resources. Treasury sits within the finance area. The Dublin Treasury team consists of Cash Management, Bank Administration and other areas including Risk & Compliance.
About the role
What you need to know:
  • This role will initially support several Treasury led strategic initiatives. These include but not limited to BIC separation, Implementation of Treasury TMS/Payment Hub, connectivity/payment testing, user and process migration onto Treasury systems and MT to MX migration
  • Identify process transformation and innovation opportunities
  • The team’s key stakeholders are AIGs business units and AIG’s banking partners. The role requires a proven background interacting and driving engagement with similar type stakeholders.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and business analysis support to AIG in respect to technology innovation, process transformation and identified innovation opportunities
  • Support all relevant stakeholders to ensure a successful deployment of the new Treasury technology solutions and process transformation initiatives.
  • The role will involve a combination of teamwork and independent management of items.
What we’re looking for:
  • 4+ years of experience in a Corporate Treasury/Cash Management/Bank Administration environment or similar
  • Familiarity with payments and reporting such as Swift messaging types and formats, including Swift MT9xx, MT1xx an advantage
  • Must be fluent to a native level in written and spoken English
  • Proven ability to multi-task, and independently and effectively manage and prioritise a varied workload
  • Demonstrated awareness of the importance of controls and risks, including ideally experience of responding to SOX audit requests
  • Ability to investigate, troubleshoot and resolve items to completion without close oversight
  • Proven ability in information gathering, tracking and presenting this information in a clear and concise manner and adhering to tight deadlines
  • Must be able to clearly and concisely communicate information to stakeholders as needed, including to Senior Management, in both written and verbal format
  • Prior experience with implementations of Treasury Technology/payment Projects an advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail is a must
  • Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills desirable
