• Produce accurate and timely daily cash position reports
• Funding and foreign exchange responsibilities
• Reconciliation and booking of loans and dividends to the general ledger and counterparty statements
• Completion of multi-currency bank reconciliations and researching exception items
• Work with banks and internal parties to ensure that KYC “Know Your Customer” details are updated for all company entities, directors, and mandate signatories relevant to the bank accounts
• Execution of international mass payment runs
• Develop and prepare rolling cash flow forecasts
• Analysis of actual cash flow v forecast and commentary on variances
• Assist in monthly balance sheet reviews
• Key responsibility for emails received into the Treasury Cork Cash Desk mailbox in an efficient cost effective and customer focused manner.
• Actively participate in projects across the Controls and Reporting team (such as process improvements), to drive efficiencies and assist in the delivery of objectives.
• Respond to customer telephone queries and emails in a professional and courteous manner to tight service level agreed metrics
• Assisting with the annual audit process and responding to queries.

• Accounting degree or equivalent
• Excellent analytical skills including high degree of proficiency in excel
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Results oriented and commitment to achieving objectives
• Self-starter with ability to work autonomously, as well as being flexible
• Ability to integrate well within a team environment
