POSITION REQUIREMENTS (BRIEF OVERVIEW):

• Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record
• Great customer service and crew communication skills
• Organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for the care of trees, tree work, and career advancement.
• Physically fit and willing and able to work 40-50 hour weeks in adverse weather conditions.
• Ability to perform work safely and efficiently according to best management practices (high-quality pruning, removals, technical rigging, aerial lift work, cabling, bracing, etc.)
• Experience with tree work/CDL license preferred, but not required
