Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual. The position is part time to start, with the possibility of advancing to a crew leader position; running jobs. Hours are flexible, mostly late afternoon and some Saturdays to start. When we find the person we feel is the right fit, the hours and opportunities will increase.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and within timeline
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Ensure all equipment and materials are available and in good working condition
• Perform all aspects of aerial and ground work related to each job as needed, from start to finish.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in tree removal.
• Must be proficient in climbing, rigging and have a working knowledge of all aspects of aerial tree work.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of tree removal equipment and techniques.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and guidelines
