If you live within our hiring area, you could be the perfect dedicated driver to add to our team! Some of the best parts of being a dedicated driver are getting home weekly, receiving a 6k sign-on bonus, and driving an average of 900 miles per week. That’s around $2000+ every week and up to 100,000+ annually. In addition to mileage pay, you’ll earn $245 per load inclusive for the unload at all stops and $245 for a Pup trailer.
As part of the dedicated team, you’ll run touch freight to various locations in IL, WI, MN, IA, IN, MI, KY, OH – all within 350 miles of the Joliet distribution center. 100% of freight will be live unloaded at stores.
To give you the best possible driving experience, the distribution center includes 24/7 on-site staff.
Runs will include nights, weekends, and holidays that fall within your workweek. Routes also typically require between1-6 stops per day and potentially a 10-hour break on the road each week.
But being a dedicated driver is no easy task. So, the way we see it, you deserve vacation time more than anyone. That’s why after a year on the account, you can take a week of paid vacation. 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years, 3 weeks after 7 years and 4 weeks after 10 years.
If you choose to join the team, you’ll go through a short orientation to help get you started on the right foot. And you’ll get paid to do it. You’ll attend a short orientation at the DC to meet the team and review some of the basics and 2 days of ride-along training at 150 per ride along.
